Join Champagne educator Kyla Kirkpatrick aka The Champagne Dame as she hosts a special lunch which retraces the steps of geologists from Moet et Chandon in the 1960s as they tried to find the best areas in the world for replicating Champagne.

Kyla will tell the wonderful story as to the best sparkling wines of the world from South Africa, to California, Australia and beyond – all compared to the mighty region of Champagne.

Five sparkling wines partnered with four courses – all dishes being from birds!
