The Goolwa Concert Band Presents BAND FAVOURITES
The Goolwa Concert Band, with support from the Alexandrina Council, presents “BAND FAVOURITES”; music chosen by the Band Members for their Annual Fundraising Concert. Golden tunes like Summertime, Stardust, Moon River, The House of the Rising Sun, Unforgettable; some pieces from the 60’s and 70’s, and a couple of Tangos as well.
Our irrepressible compere, Colin Rogers, gives his own twist to them all, and will perform “Minnie the Moocher”.
We are thrilled to have the Goolwa Schools Choir, led by Vicki Hudson, plus our friends Dawn and Dave, and the dancers from the Fortuna Dance School as our special guests.
Join us for the show at the fabulous Centenary Hall, Goolwa, and enjoy an afternoon with our community band.
