Morning Maxwell LIVE – Albury NSW

Chances are you’ve probably heard of MorningMaxwell. From smooth groovin’ tracks, big funky basslines and a DJ set that’ll make you sweat, the Melbourne based producer has made quite the name for himself over the last few years.

Entering 2022 with a fresh vision for his on-stage performance, MorningMaxwell (Max) is currently on a mega 9+ show tour… and he’s doing it with a band!

In a pivot from standalone DJ sets, the new performance “reflects the style of music that we’re creating these days, and adds a lot more energy and dynamic to the performance”, said Max.

“In the studio, it’s very rare that I’m working alone on a project. I’ll always have someone in the studio jamming out new ideas and recording, so it only made sense to transfer that into our live performance as well”

After debuting the live performance at Keep It Together Festival, in Port Melbourne on Boxing Day, the performance received amazing feedback, further fuelling the drive to transform the MorningMaxwell performance into one with up to 5 musicians on-stage, including vocalists, brass sections, percussion, keys and guitar.

To date, MorningMaxwell has taken the refreshed performance on the road, funking up places from Albury, alongside The Jungle Giants, then to Geelong, Ballarat, San Remo and Belgrave selling 1000 tickets VIC wide.
