A co-founding member of the pioneering Warumpi Band and writer of such classic songs as My Island Home, Blackfella Whitefella, Eddie Mabo, Whispering Casuarina, Native Born, Bring Thunder and Rain, Long Grass Band, Burrumbeep Hill and Good light in Broome, Neil has delivered a string of remarkable solo albums.
