Barmera Sheepdog Trials 2018 After the successful change of date for last year’s Barmera Trial, you can again combine your loves of music and sheepdog trialing, with the trial coinciding with the "Riverland Country Music Festival" also held in Barmera on the June long weekend. This year the trial will commence on Friday and conclude on Monday. On Saturday morning visitors will flock to the main street of Barmera for the running of the sheep.
